This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Information and other information collected by Gyre Technologies or its service providers from or about: (i) visitors to, or users of, our Site (ii) prospective and current customers using Gyre Technologies hosting and information technology services and support (the “Services”); (iii) users of any mobile-device applications that we offer
(such as its iOS and Android applications); (iv) service providers and business partners; (v) job applicants; and (vi) other individuals with whom we interact.

We may amend this Privacy Notice at any time by posting a revised version on this Site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. Therefore, we encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Notice to remain informed about how we are helping to protect the Personal Information we collect. If we make any material changes, we will provide notice on
this Site prior to the change becoming effective.

Cross-Border Information Transfers

You acknowledge (a) that you are accessing a Site that is based in the United States, (b) that you are providing Personal Information to a company in the United States, and (c) that Gyre Technologies must adhere to laws of the United States. Privacy Shield

Gyre Technologies, which includes its respective successors, subsidiaries, divisions and groups, complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United
States. Gyre Technologies has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Notice and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Gyre Technologies is responsible for the processing of Personal Information it receives, and under Privacy Shield we may subsequently transfer that Information to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. Gyre Technologies complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Information from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to Personal Information received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Gyre Technologies is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Gyre Technologies may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national

How We Collect Your Personal Information

Information we receive from other sources: We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, service providers, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, credit reference agencies, fraud protection services, channel partners, and resellers) and may receive information about you from them.

Social Media platforms or other forums: We may receive certain information that’s stored or processed by third parties, such as the social media sites Facebook®, Twitter® and LinkedIn® when you interact with us through these social media platforms. Gyre Technologies Websites may include social media features - such as the Facebook “Like” button - and widgets - such as the
“share this” button. These features may collect your IP address as well as details of the pages you are visiting on Gyre Technologies Websites. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted by Gyre Technologies Websites. Gyre Technologies Websites may also feature bulletin boards, blogs or forums. Any Personal Information that you choose to submit via such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages.

Co-Branding: Some Gyre Technologies Websites or Services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you use such websites or Services, both Gyre Technologies and the other company may receive the Personal Information that’s collected via that co-branded website or Service. will be responsible for Personal Information collected on that website.

We may need to retain your information for a period of time in order to continue providing a service to you, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our customer or user agreement, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.

How We Use Tracking Technologies
